No prong delivered as showing on delivery! I phone with short open ended on both ends , with no plug in. Now I have to wait for the plugs and the two more charging cords I purchased. Janice J Summers 1310 Hess Road, Concord , NC 28025! Having trouble getting the change over too. Ugh. No communication with driver. Rang bell and left. Incorrect items. Poor communication.
