the delivery person should have not it's a good thing I was on my phone or I would not have known that my parcel was delivered out front please send a future business dealings with you please make sure that they knock on my door quite hard please because it takes me awhile cuz I don't walk very good and I'm on oxygen to get to the door it's fine if they leave it on the front of the doorstep where were the gentleman left it was perfect or lady I appreciate all their service thank youDelivered on time.

I didn’t like that there was minimal communication. I didn’t even know my shipment arrived. Nobody knocked on my door and the tracker didn’t update and it was delivered 3 hours ago according to my security camera. There was minimal updates on the tracker during the shipment too. Poor communication.
