i've only recieved one of my two items, yet the order says fullfilled, wheres the other item??

Was placed in the wrong box . Highly upset that’s an expensive order !! The PACKAGE CLEARLY SAID apt 16-C !!! Those items can’t be replaced !!!! Left in wrong spot. Unprofessional.
