The shoes I received wasn’t good material. Then bend and their breakable. I didn’t get my moneys worth!Damaged. Delayed.

Said it was delivered at 2:49 pm on dec 23 and it was not delivered the my address Left in wrong spot.

Hello first of all the package was delayed. Secondly the package was beaten up thus the product inside was broken and damaged. It was a Sparkling Rose made of glass which it can into small millions pieces. This is my first time that I order something online and expecting to come as it looks on the website however it came into millions of pieces. Unprofessional because I paid extra for an express delivery and what I got is a delay and broken damage. I want a refund of my money please.
