It took very long before the actual item was sent out. I received a message that it was on its way, but it still took about a week before it was actually shipped. The expected updates were not up to date either Unprofessional.

Battery was not with the vest that I purchased. It took over 2 weeks to deliver when ordered in November not 5 to 7 days as it said.. Incorrect items.
