I had no warning or communication where my package was most of the time or if it had arrived at all. It was by accident when I went to pick up another package did I find out this one was waiting for me. As far has the shipping info was concerned this package was still somewhere in the UK/had just left it. However the package had been sitting at a pickup location for days now according to the person working there. Given I do not know if this is the fault of the courier company or Shenzhen Audio.Poor communication.

Delivered on time. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Contacted before delivery. Delivered early. Left parcel in a safe place.

I wouldn't trust this company to deliver anything on time no matter how much you payDelayed. Unprofessional. Incorrect items. Poor communication.
