Benachrichtigung erhalten, „no one Home, Card left“ aber keine Karte im Briefkasten gehabt. Musste telefonieren um herauszufinden, wo mein Paket ist. Das war unschöne ansonsten ist die App super und sehr hilfreich! Left in wrong spot.

Delivered on time. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

Ordered this last week and tracking says it has been delivered to someone’s house in California. I clearly live in England which is a different country! I was eagerly waiting for my Innospresso and greens but I guess someone else will enjoy them 😡 Thanks a damn lot! Delayed. Left in wrong spot.

Maybe it’s a problem with the app but it took about a week to get ANY status updates on this order. Initially the order was said to be arriving on the 25th — it didn’t arrive until yesterday (6/27). Furthermore, the tracking information never updated to reflect the delay… as in, on the evening of the 26th (one day late) the tracking info I had said VERBATIM: “Arrives June 25th”.. obviously there was some very poor handling of technology on someone’s part.Delayed. Poor communication.
