there was a mistake on the address. I called UPS and tried to fix it while it was in transit. I got LESS THAN ZERO HELP from 3 different people that I talked to and the app was absolutely useless! Thankfully the driver was smart enough to notice the small difference in the address but still get the package to the correct house ON TIME!! I'm sure glad there's still some people that care about customer service and take pride in their jobs!Unprofessional. Poor communication.
