I ordered on the 3 of January I received on the 9 of February it’s a slow process getting orders

as soon as I received this text, I went to my door and nothing. We're did you leave my package????Left in wrong spot.

Box was beat up and one of my lens cases was broken. The shipping had little to no updates and i didn’t get any notifications or anything when it was delivered, it was just left on my front step not even at the door/in the mail box it’s a good thing i was home. Damaged. Delayed. Poor communication. Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot.
