I was notified that the delivery was on the truck and out for delivery, so I came right home so I wouldn't miss it, but it didn't arrive for 7 or 8 hours, there has to be a better way to do this smh.Friendly service. Left parcel in a safe place.

I just don't understand why I'm getting information that seems to be I think delivery going to me but it's items that I shipped out to other people and understand why I'm getting updated about it and it's telling me that it's coming to me instead of the items going to them...?Contacted before delivery.

Shows delivered but is not. Shows in Chicago but shows delivered to Phoenix.
