Delivered to the wrong address! Now I don’t know when or even if I’ll get my package.

when the package was being delivered for the first time the courier rang the bell and waited for less than half a minute for me to come to open the door. then when I needed to contact to receive the package again I couldn't speak to a human but got stuck in a "press this button" loop on the phone. finally I found a way to open a chat where I could talk to an actual human being, who then helped to solve the situation. afterwards things went fine, but the communication was still badUnprofessional. Poor communication.
