Delayed one day which I was told about in advance but it was ok I was still.suppose to get them in time because I planned for issues, but then the FedEx just decides at 6:40 PM they are done for the day and without my permission rescheduled delivery for the day after I need them and they arrived in horrible condition. 1800flowers being a great company not only refunded all money but also gave me some store credit. FedEx ain't spit and ain't gone never be spit. Delayed. Damaged. Unprofessional. Poor communication.

Missing an entire item that was supposedly delivered today and I have a whole extra item that was supposed to come separately.

Paid for new item. I'm guessing this was refurbished. Folded tightly in 4×4 box. Not orginal box. Product damaged
