I had no trouble with retrieving my parcel, and was updated about the delivery almost every day so I knew where it was and when it would be arriving. It was kept intact and there was no damage or scratches on it. Overall, a satisfactory service!Delivered on time. Well protected parcel.

I didn’t received my item. I just arrived home and checked everywhere and couldn’t find any. How come does it say it’s arrived !!!!!! I need to contact the customer service

I don’t know where my stuff is but it’s not in my mail box and it’s not on my porch. Why would you click delivered if you didn’t deliver anything…or even to the correct place.Left in wrong spot.

Delivered on time. Delivered early. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

No contact. No updates until late. It took 9 days to get this. UPS delivered 5 other packages to me that I ordered AFTER this package and they all made it before this one. And then after waiting 6 days package was in Findlay, OH (a town 30 mins away from me) at 7am. They could have 100% delivered that to me but instead it sat there all Friday, all Saturday until today. Why? That made me furious. I’m not even home but it says delivered so let’s hope that it’s there safely. Maybe I’ll raise ratingPoor communication. Unprofessional. Delayed.

It said 3-7 business days it took almost two weeks Delayed. Poor communication.

definitely took forever but can’t blame apple for that a lot of people so as expected a lot of traffic but anyways tyty amazing as usual !Well protected parcel.
