Left the package outside the mailbox and it got stolen Left in wrong spot. Unprofessional.

Blank paper in package no shoes at all but says they were delivered. Where is my shoes or refund????Incorrect items.

Hello, finally the order finally arrived, but the v3 arrived, not the v7 as I had spoken with you to modify the order, but the most serious thing is that it arrived incomplete because it arrived without the metal band and I had already paid for it and they charged me. I would like to return this, I am really very dissatisfied with the purchase and I wanted to lose another one for my family. a fonde I send it back or how do I get my money back.
