Use cases

Sync existing product reviews to TikTok Shop

This feature allows brand merchants to import their existing product reviews from their eCommerce store to their TikTok Shop. (e.g., via Okendo) to your TikTok Shop. This instantly boosts credibility and social proof for new TikTok Shop listings. Only verified reviews – those confirmed as genuine purchases – are transferred, maintaining trust with shoppers. The imported reviews will be visible to shoppers, contributing to the product's overall rating displayed on the TikTok Shop product page. However, these imported reviews will not be factored into TikTok Shop's merchant health score calculations, such as Negative Review Rates.

Sync newly collected product reviews to TikTok Shop

This feature ensures that all new customer reviews collected on the brand's eCommerce store are automatically and continuously synced to their TikTok Shop. This maintains a consistently updated and accurate reflection of customer feedback. Similar to Use Case 1, only verified reviews are imported. Again, these imported reviews will be visible to shoppers while will not affect the merchant's TikTok Shop health score metrics.
