Jag hann inte på upp telefonen ur fickan när det ringde på portlåset. Leverantören ringer mig strax därpå på min mobil, jag förklarar ovanstående för honom och ber honom att igen ringa på portlåset. Jag kan endast öppna porten om det ringer från portlåset. Tyvärr har chauffören så enormt dåliga kunskaper i det svenska språket så han förstår inte vad jag sa. Fick med en gång ett SMS där det stod att leveransen inte gick att genomföra. Er personal MÅSTE förstå tillräcklig svenska för att utföra joPoor communication.
