It took a whole week after the expected date and they didn’t even keep it updated for a little bit Delayed.

I check the app and my package is still in transit. I check again about 2 hours later and the package has been delivered, about 5 hours ago. updates make no sense and are innaccurate.Delayed. Poor communication.
