Took me 1 1/3 of a month to get this product when it was estimated to be 1-2 weeks.Delayed.

Over sudden no tracking can be traced back Poor communication. Unprofessional.

never updated info on when the shipment would be here or that it had been deliveredUnprofessional. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
