The worst experience ever, I will never use your services again. It was awful and I hope you read this. My package was stuck in the Netherlands for 2 weeks before being sent back for no resson, and then got stuck at the same place for 1 month. With all that you guys delivered it to my neighbor instead of me, because I was at home. Horrible!Delayed.

Was delayed for over a week 20km from my address. Total order to delivered took 4 weeks. Way longer than expected. Delayed. Poor communication.

9 Tage nach der Ankündigung des Versandes erst eingetroffen... das Paket hing wohl irgendwo fest. Ärgerlich, ist aber endlich heile angekommen.
