delivery states it was left at front door. my front door is on a screened porch where it would be protected from weather, animals, and most eyes. unfortunately, it was left by garage door. it was outside all night and an animal had tried to get into it.Left in wrong spot.

Took a week after the delivery date to finally be delivered. After I have filed a lawsuit and made two file claims. Was support to be delivered on Monday August 16th 2021 but instead it was delivered Friday august 20th at 3pm. I have called fedex numerous amounts and I was lied too and handled poorly by most of the representatives and I called a total of 15 timesDelayed. Damaged. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
