This keeps happening with Fed Ex!!! They mark the package delivered and I never get it. If I could put 0 stars I would. They are horrible and do not even try to help me. Left in wrong spot.

I have been trying to start a Claim ,l never received my items. They were not at my house when I got home. No video of delivery at my home on Ring video.
