Parcel was left behind main gate in spot we cannot see resulting in us accidentally running over the package. No calls or WhatsApp messages were given to inform the package was delivered.Damaged. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.

The shipping box was in bad shape when received. I almost rejected the package but the courier assured me item is not affected. Thankfully that is true.Delayed. Damaged.
