tracking notification said item would arrive Wednesday but didn't arrive until Friday. Granted Thursday was Thanksgiving and I was not in a hurry for the item, it was annoying to worry about a package being left on my doorstep when I am not home. Minor tracking error, if I could give 4.5 stars I would.

Did not knock loud enough to let anyone know the package has arrived.Unprofessional. Poor communication.
