Left where it was exposed to severe rain storm. The package could have been delivered inside of the storm door especially due to the weather conditions.

I was supposed to have face to face delivery, because I am disabled, in a wheelchair and a fall risk , but no one even knocked on my door. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
