No contact. No updates until late. It took 9 days to get this. UPS delivered 5 other packages to me that I ordered AFTER this package and they all made it before this one. And then after waiting 6 days package was in Findlay, OH (a town 30 mins away from me) at 7am. They could have 100% delivered that to me but instead it sat there all Friday, all Saturday until today. Why? That made me furious. I’m not even home but it says delivered so let’s hope that it’s there safely. Maybe I’ll raise ratingPoor communication. Unprofessional. Delayed.
