The delivery time kept changing and since weather was bad and this is an expensive item, I planned around trying to be home to receive it and was not able to due to this constant changing. At one point I saw the driver was on my street, within the window of time stated, so I got excited but he/ she turned away from my house and then delivered the package 5 hours later-- when I was not able to be home anymore so I had to ask a friend to go get it for me. Poor communication.

It upsets me to receive two windows of when it will be delivered and wait at home for the delivery and not receive it. I get a notification that it was delivered without my signature and it stated it needed a signature. I hope my item will be there in the morning!Delayed.
