I paid qlot of money for a good product and the product is absolutely great. my issue is I paid 30 dollars extra to get it to me before my husband's grandmother's funeral and it came a day later then it was supposed to be so needless to say we are beyond disappointed about this order. I tried to reach out to anyone from customer service and it just kept saying everytime that they were looking for someone to help me same thing when I called. I tried calling again 2day been on hold for over an hrDelayed. Poor communication.
