The package arrived late. Then the packages that was sealed with tape was cut open right down the middle. The styrofoam to protect the lamp was broken and most of it missing. Styrofoam pieces in the holes of my lamp. I don’t even know why it was delivered in an opened box. Just wow honestly. Delayed. Poor communication. Unprofessional.
