Parcel looked opened and what even brown sticky take destroyed the nice box! It will take time nd patience to get it to display to get the permanent tape off with out affecting the bow, was also a bit bent on corners like packing was thrown around but the device it self came with 88% charge and half hour gets her charged whilst you read the instructions nd look at the glory that is FUTURE Delivered early.

I have been looking for this parcel for a long time and haven’t found it. I’m not sure if it was even delivered or if the post person kept it for themselves. No way to contact the courier, no photo evidence of where it was left. Terrible!!!!!!!!Left in wrong spot. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
