Driver literally threw the package into my yard while it was raining. Luckily my items were double packaged and not fragile. Delivered on time.

my package was delivered to the wrong address. the shipping address was right. there's a picture of tge house FedEx left my package at but I have no idea where its at

My package was delivered to the wrong address. I even have my name on my door. I have purchased several items from Neiman Marcus and I have not had my items delivered to the wrong address. If the driver wasn't sure he could have asked. I have another item I ordered and I don't want it delivered to the wrong address. The picture the driver took is of my neighbors apartment right across from mine. Please have your drivers check for addresses and names for gods sake mine is on the door.
