Firstly, I got worried when there were no updates for 5 days. Secondly, when I called the phone number to ask, they did not tell me why. And lastly, I am happy to have finally received it and received it undamaged. Next time, please send every possible update, including updates saying something like…still at (location), will get back on track within the next # days.
