UPs sent a message to say package couldn’t be delivered and I was at home sitting on the couch when I received it.

For some reason the store I ordered from only sent the batteries but no tool. Hopefully the tool will get here soon.

The package was supposed to be delivered between 12:30 and 15:30 so I was making sure I’d be home between those hours. But when I was travelling towards home around 11:00 I received a message that the delivery had failed because I hadn’t been at home. I appreciate that a package would be delivered early but in the future it would be appreciated if I’d be notified in advance. Apart from this everything was handled fine and I was able to pick up the package at the drop off point. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
