Well protected parcel. Friendly service. Contacted before delivery. Delivered on time.

The application's map got stuck and the progress bar stooped moving forward until the item was shipped. Then it jumped from ~30% to 100% Poor communication.

the carrier left my parcel at the door even he didn't knock the door I'm lucky I found it before someone steal it
