There has been no communication regarding my delivery, it is only when I have checked myself as to the where my parcel was that it said it had been delivered to a neighbour. There was no details of which address or where it had been delivered to so I have had to contact the seller who has provided me with a photo of my parcel in someone’s had, with no details of which flat they live in or who they are.Poor communication. Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot.

Delivered on time. Contacted before delivery. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place. Friendly service. Delivered early.

Thank you so much for the transport. This company-workflow is a smooth, transparant, accurate and impressive process that demands my utmost respect and gratefulness. Moreover the complete process from door to door has an estimation of 16 days but mostly arrives after 1 week at maximum all the way from China. Which to me is truly amazing. One postman helt the package with both hands to his body and asked me smiling if I am so-and-so. That was so moving. In full trust and admiration. Thank you.

I only have 1 out of the 3 pairs of shorts I bought. I really hope they arrive, even though it says delivered.Incorrect items. Poor communication.
