moest inklaringskosten betalen stond nergens een link om te betalen, kreeg na 7 dagen link om dubbelen te betalen, betaald, bij afhaal locatie weer dubbel betalen, heb niet betaald is retour, geen link op app, of website, geen link in mailUnprofessional. Poor communication.
