Contacted before delivery. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

Yes I Understand about the 21 age verification for the package. The issue is the FedEx did NOT communicate with me Nor did they deliver at the specified time!!
Then after I call FedEx. I get a young man, who can just barely speak English and he just in forms me there is Nothing I can do! No apologies. No recourse to deliver at the Time specified! Just "It will be out for delivery"Delayed. Poor communication.
