I called the day. The package arrived at the FedEx hub in Troutdale to reroute the package to a correct address because my address is a commercial address that is not accessible. FedEx knows that but tried to deliver the package here anyway which made the delay four days. Delayed. Poor communication.

Direct signature required and driver forged my signature leaving a $2000 MacBook in a public lobby.Unprofessional. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
