I understand the delay however; they didn't follow the knock loudly instructions. Actually left it laying against the screen door on the side that opens in a puddle. We actually had to go outside thru the back door and then bring it in after I got the text message. Considering it is a Mattress... placing it in a puddle was truly a bad idea. The box was sopping wet. Fortunately the double plastic kept it dry. I'm very disappointed that they didn't even knock.... SMH..Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
