Hugo, The FedEx driver/delivery man, did a great job. He brought the item on a dolly into the building and up to my apartment. Very friendly,kind and courteous. A definite asset to the Fedex organization and a good reason to do business with Fedex again. Thank you.Delivered early. Friendly service. Well protected parcel.
