Easy to assemble DIY. Mattress a bit hard. There is a whiff of herbal odor on the mattress. I presume it is some kind of chemical to protect the mattress from insects infestation. Worth the price paid. I was happy with the solid steel bed frames and well made headboard. Looks like the manufacturer had put passionate effort in designing the bed. Frankly I had expected China factory to ship inferior products. Good job!
