I have been trying FOR SEVERAL YEARS to change the delivery of my packages from the USPS drop off store back to my home address. I signed up for this service years ago, when I was able to walk and drive. For 6 years I have been unable to walk or drive, so I can’t get to the USPS STORE to pick up my packages. This has become a VERY STRESSFUL INCONVENIENCE. Please help me!!! On June 3,2022, a Ms. Banks called and left a message including a Service Request number 39324101. No phone number
