My package was delivered in Madison Heights and I live in Bloomfield Hills. Can not manage claim online, as it has been closed. I have not received any communication from UPS about the claim. Can not reach a person on the phone, as the robot has hung up on me, multiple times. Would give 0 stars if possible. I spent over $200 for this package and am not happy that it was supposedly delivered to a random porch in Madison Heights and no one is reachable to resolve the issue. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot. Delayed. Unprofessional.
