They was supposed to press the ring doorbell and leave it under the blue recycle bin the carrier just left it on the steps at the front door they have been people stealing packages in the areaPoor communication.

My parcel arrived to the UK and then returned back to hong kong and then came back to the UK meanwhile I wasn’t kept informed as to why that happened nor was i kept updated about the movementDelayed. Poor communication. Unprofessional.
