I still have not received any packages or information on where my package was dropped off and who signed for it? very VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Unprofessional.

I did not receive what I ordered on December 1 which was a 10 inch Godzilla funk o pop that I paid 49.35 for. instead I got a funk o figurine of a basketball player. and now I'm having trouble trying to get them to send me what I originally ordered which was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son. I'm very upset about this unfortunate mistake .Incorrect items.
