Delivered on time. Delivered early. Friendly service. Left parcel in a safe place. Contacted before delivery. Well protected parcel.

in front of empty lot next door luckily I see the package . it could have put in font of my fence . because of my dogs . for further delivery it be best to know an estimate time of delivery so I no not to let dogs out .Left in wrong spot.

APRÈS UNE LONGUE ATTENTE DE 4 MOIS, JE REÇOIS ENFIN MA COMMANDE DE REMPLACEMENT. POUR CE QUI EST DE LA LIVRAISON AVEC UPS C’EST UNE CATASTROPHE, JAI DU LES APPELÉS AU MOINS 4 OU 5 FOIS POUR QUE LE COLIS SOIT LIVRÉ À LA BONNE ADRESSE. J’AI EU 3 OU 4 PERSONNES DIFFÉRENTES QUI M’ONT CERTIFIÉS QUE L’ADRESSE DE LIVRAISON AVAIT BIEN ÉTÉ CHANGÉE. MAIS MA MÈRE A DU LES RAPPELER HIER POUR QUE CE SOIT BIEN PRIS EN COMPTE. DONC JE NE SUIS PAS SATISFAIT DU TOUT DE VOS SERVICES ME CONCETNANT.Unprofessional.
