looking forward to cooking up these sausages. I will make an observation though. by delivery time, there was no dry ice what so ever left in the cooler. the meats were still frozen, but beginning to sweat. perhaps a tad more dry ice to insure that doesn't happen would be prudent. had it taken 24 hours longer, I would have gotten serve immediately meats.
