was delivered next door....I had to go ask for it with people next door who then gave it to me....their address is 25 mine is 25A....this is happening too often

I live in Melbourne Victoria and item showing it’s been delivered to a different state of NSW ? I tried to call they say they can’t take my call right now please try again later so who do I speak with to say where is my parcel ??? Left in wrong spot. Poor communication. Unprofessional. Delayed.
