Delivered early. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

The delivery man wanted to leave the package at the building entrance (from the inside) cause he was in a rush. They automatically rejected my address that was there originally as the building has a service with fetch who handles parcel deliveries. Way longer than the 3-7 business days originally stipulated. When rescheduling for another drop off or pick up, only early option was 2 days later and not the next day. Weird considering this isn’t USPS but rather DHL. Poor communication. Unprofessional.
