Had to go to the service centre in person to collect the parcel. At the second attempt the driver said he had been and left a note to say they tried to deliver. Both of which are untrue. Driver was not seen on the cctv and no note was left. Didn’t trust them anymore so drove to pick it up myself. Delayed.
