Continuously said they couldn’t find my house and kept asking me what apartment it was when I told them three times that it was not an apartment, talk to three separate people three separate times and they continuously said the problem was fixed but continue to delay my package and they weren’t communicating to each other and every day I would have the same conversation but with a different person every time which got my package delayed four days. FedEx was the problem not the company I ordered Delayed. Poor communication.

my package was stolen right after. the package should be left to the side of my house in an inconspicuous area.Left in wrong spot.

Delivered early. Delivered on time. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Left parcel in a safe place. Well protected parcel.
